Experience

  1. 2020–now

    Siemens

    Software Engineer

SIMATIC IPC ORCLA, Siemens’ orchestration software for setting up, commissioning, updating and maintaining SIMATIC industrial PCs, from device health and firmware to security policies and OS imaging.

    1. 2024–now Architecture Took on architectural responsibility for ORCLA alongside development.
    2. 2020–2024 Full stack development Joined ORCLA as a full stack engineer, building its web interface and HTTP services with React and Spring Boot.
    • Maintained CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments at 99.9% availability.
    • Ran the open-source software clearance process.
    • Helped teams adopt AI-assisted development, cutting implementation and debugging effort by more than 50%, and wrote guidelines for using LLMs in the development process.

    AI tools

    Multi-agent code reviewer
Six reviewer personas grounded in code guidelines and architecture docs, retrieved through RAG over MongoDB Vector Search.
    Error root-cause analysis
Azure OpenAI inside Spring Boot services detects errors, explains the likely cause and notifies the owner in Teams and by email.
    Engineering workflow agents
A Claude Code multi-agent system connected to Azure, PostgreSQL and in-house tools through MCP.
    Open-source vulnerability remediation
An n8n pipeline that tracks known vulnerabilities in our open-source dependencies and works out how to fix them, combining several AI models with sources such as OWASP. Saves about 150–200 engineering hours a year.
    Teaching
Alongside building tools, I run in-house training on AI-based automation, so engineering teams spend less time on routine work and more on the problems that actually need an engineer.
  2. 2018–2020

    Hitit

    Software Engineer

React interfaces and Spring Boot services for airline software.

    • Improved React UI performance by about 50%.
    • Built Spring Boot backend services for Airtuerk.

    Projects

    IATA NDC for Pegasus Airlines
Java and Spring Boot services connecting Pegasus with third-party channels under the IATA NDC standard, the first implementation of its kind. Third-party collaborations doubled.
    Airtuerk B2B platform
A B2B platform for Airtuerk, built with React and Spring Boot.
  3. 2017–2018

    Experilabs

    Software Engineer

Software development for load testing and test automation platforms, turning test scenarios into tooling that runs at scale.

    • Built reusable test automation libraries with Java and Spring, giving teams a shared foundation instead of one-off scripts.
    • Designed and ran JMeter load, stress and performance tests, halving critical failures and bottlenecks.

    Projects

    Loadium
Development work on a cloud load testing platform, so JMeter-based tests could be set up and run on it. Java, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
    Testinium
Development work on a test automation platform, so automated web and mobile tests could run on it. Java, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  4. 2016–2017

    Omicron

    Software Engineer

Full stack developer on a B2C project, with backend services in ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework.
